Waihi Beach Butchery Covid-19 Operation Policies

•If the Shop is closed but we are operating online via ‘Click + Collect’ or local delivery, Please make your purchases via The Butchery + Pantry Shop pages and designate either pickup or delivery.

• Orders placed before 5pm will be ready for collection/delivered the next business day; If your order was placed after 5pm it will be the buisiness day after next.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please do not present to the shop without first being notified for collection by one of our staff.

• Deliveries will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday for Waihi & Waihi Beach; and Wednesday & Friday for Bowentown and Athenree.

• Deliveries will be made between 10am-6pm.

• Deliveries will be contactless; You will be notified when your order is on its way, via txt or ph call — and will be placed on your doorstep. Please do not step to collect your order directly from our delivery person, we ask that you respect their bubble and wait for them to placed the order down and step back the required 2m.

• We will do our best to supply you with mostly everything however during this time we may have lower stock levels than usual as we figure this new way of work out.

• Please understand that we are doing our best to serve you to the highest quality on a short-staffing model, so please be patient.
